Vancouver, B.C. - Titan Uranium Exploration Inc. (TSX Venture: TUE) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Schaefer Communications Inc., dated June 5, 2005, for the provision of investor relations services, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Schaefer Communications Inc. has a successful history of providing these services for other TSXV listed companies and is at arms-length to the Company.
Schaefer Communications Inc. will be paid $7,000 a month for a total of $42,000 over the six term of the agreement and will receive stock options to purchase 105,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.53 per share which will vest according to the Company's vesting schedule in its stock option plan.
