Saskatoon, Sask., July 14, 2005 - Titan Uranium Inc. (TSXV: TUE, TUE.WT) is pleased to provide shareholders with more information on its Castle North and South projects in the light of recent market activity. Yesterday, UEX and Cogema announced results from their 2005 spring/summer drilling program at the Shea Creek Project (Anne and Colette deposits). The highlight was a drill intercept of 27.4% U3O8 over 8.8 meters in hole SHE-114. Titan's recent acquisitions (News Release dated July 5, 2005) which include the Castle North and South Projects are in close proximity and on trend to this recent discovery hole.
Attached is an airborne magnetometer survey map showing the location and underlying trends associated with Titan's Castle North and South Projects. If you are unable to view this map you can obtain a copy on the company's website at http://www.u3o8.ca .

Phil Olson, Titan's President states, "The spectacular high-grade Shea Creek intersection reaffirms the strategic significance of our Athabasca property acquisition. Titan now has the ground on the western side of the Athabasca Basin that could be the site of a significant discovery."
Dr. Roger Lainé, P.Geo., is currently completing a site visit to these projects and will be preparing 43-101 reports on the Castle North and South Projects immediately on his return. Dr. Lainé is an experienced uranium geologist having worked with Cogema and its predecessor, Amok Ltd., from 1975 to 1989.
In addition to the acquisition and developments of Titan's Athabasca Basin Properties the company continues to move forward with the Thelon Basin Project in Nunavut. A summer field program of mapping, prospecting and community consultations has been scheduled for the month of August. Titan has received all necessary approvals from Indian and Northern Affairs as well as approval from the Keewatin Inuit Association for this years proposed work program.
Philip Olson P.Geo., who is a qualified person as defined in NI 43-101, has reviewed the technical content of this news release.
