Titan Completes Technical Reports on Key Athabasca Basin Properties |

SASKATOON, SK - Titan's President Phil Olson is pleased to announce the company has received NI 43-101 technical reports on its Castle North and Castle South properties in the western Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan. These recently acquired mineral dispositions are contiguous with and partially envelop Cogema/UEX's Shea Creek properties.
Irregular in shape, a segment of Titan's Castle North property is located between Cogema's past-producing Cluff Lake mine (62.5 million pounds U3O8) to the North and the recently announced Cogema/UEX Shea Creek discoveries to the South. As press released on July 13th, 2005, a new Shea Creek zone called the 63B returned 8.8 meters grading 27% U3O8. Titan's Castle North property possesses an aeromagnetic signature similar to and on trend with the Shea Creek zones.
The technical reports for both the Castle North and Castle South properties recommend programs involving deep penetrating geophysics followed by diamond drilling. Targeting unconformity-type uranium deposits, depth projections to the unconformity for the Castle North and South are approximately 700 and 300 meters, respectively. Titan's management is currently evaluating the program recommendations with an anticipated program start-up later this year.
