Uranium Power Corp. Shareholders Approve Business Combination With Titan Uranium Inc.

SASKATOON, SK – Titan Uranium Inc. (TSX-V: TUE) ("Titan") and Uranium Power Corp. (TSX-V: UPC) ("UPC") are pleased to announce that UPC's shareholders voted in favour  of  the  previously  announced  business  combination  with  Titan,  pursuant  to  a  plan  of arrangement by which Titan will acquire all of  the  issued and outstanding  shares of UPC, at a special meeting of UPC's shareholders held today. Assuming final approval is obtained from the British Columbia Supreme Court, the business combination is expected to close on or about July 31, 2009.
